Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and happy when shopping with us. Every piece we sell is one-of-a-kind and preloved, which means we can’t usually offer refunds, but we completely understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Below is our returns policy to help guide you through what to do if that happens.

 

1. If something isn’t as described

If you receive an item that’s significantly different from what was described and this wasn’t mentioned in the listing, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily chat through a return or exchange.

 

2. Vintage condition & natural wear

All of our pieces are vintage, which means a little history comes with them. Some signs of age or gentle wear are totally normal and part of what makes each garment special. We do our best to describe and photograph everything clearly, returns can’t be accepted based on general vintage condition.

 

3. Change of mind

We’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind or personal preference. That said, if something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out – we’ll always do our best to help find a solution.

4. How to request a return

Please email taliarosevintage@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s), and a short note explaining what’s happened. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

5. Return conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn & unwashed. Please make sure everything is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused.

6. Return shipping

If the return is due to an error on our end (like a misdescription), we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the cost is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

 

7. Refunds & exchanges

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll confirm if it meets our policy. If approved, you can choose between a refund (back to your original payment method) or an exchange, depending on availability.
